About Our CEO
Dr. Iesiah "Esha" Harris, PhD, RN-C
Our CEO and President, Dr. Iesiah M. Harris is a results-driven PhD prepared Registered Nurse with a passion to positively influence others and enhance organizational cultures. As a Brooklyn New York City native, she is proud to have fulfilled her childhood dreams to serve others joining the ranks of highly esteemed nursing professionals. In 1992, Dr. Harris enlisted in the United States Air Force as an Information Management Journeyman and later awarded an ROTC scholarship to fulfill her childhood dreams. After commissioning, she embarked on an unforgettable nursing journey. Her deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom were life-changing allowing Dr. Harris to care for others beyond her dreams. Upon retirement from the Air Force, Dr. Harris dedicated herself to improving the lives of Women, Nurses, and Veterans. Today she serves as a Clinical Information Systems SME, Lead Faculty Advisor, SVA and Nurse Executive/Leadership Professor. She is also Founder and CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) of Motivational Moments Sister Society. Dr. Harris is dedicated to improving health care one professional at a time!
